Overall not bad at all, but when I put my pc in hibernating, remote software must be restarted after waking the pc up. and buttons on the remote too sensitive (you need to develop extremely nice touch, so instead of ch. 2, it wouldn't show 22, or 222, but after all, it works, loading is easy, no problems
I have returned this product in good faith. I have not heard or recievedemail from amazon or seller. How can I recieve a refund.
This TV Tuner Card works well once you download the new drivers, etc. That seems to be a common problem with most electronic items these days though as this is not the first product I have purchased with less than satisfactory documentation. from the website. As I use it primarily for putting old VHS tapes to my hard drive to burn to DVD, I was a little frustrated at the lack of instructions as to how to set the Tuner Card up. Once I got it all figured out after much research on the internet, it works great. I would have given it 4, maybe even 5 stars if the instructions had been better.
Took it out of the box, plugged it in and was watching TV. It works great.
The product installed easily. I downloaded the newer version of the software and it installed just fine. It's a great product and I love using it. I would recommend buying this product.
